School Council meetings are attended by the school principal, assistant principal, Rocky View Schools Ward 5 Trustee, and teachers. These representatives prepare reports about ongoing and current news and events that affect our students’ welfare and learning. By attending meetings you not only have the opportunity to hear about topics such as funding allocations, curriculum changes, class sizes, standardized test results, and school policies, you can also make an impact by providing feedback on these important issues. Meetings are also an ideal time to voice any questions, concerns, and new ideas you may have to improve you and your child(ren)’s school experience.

School Council also supports student learning by sending representatives to participate in district and provincial conferences and workshops.
